Information you provide
The early-access form requires an email address and full name. Workflow survey answers are optional. Support messages may contain the details you choose to share.
If you create a Levnis account, account and subscription records may be processed to provide and protect the service.
Website analytics and security
Levnis uses a first-party, cookieless page-view beacon. The browser sends the page path and referrer to levnis.com. The server derives language, a coarse device class, traffic source, and a keyed visitor hash from request information. The hash is pseudonymous, not anonymous.
The beacon honors Do Not Track. Traffic records are scheduled for deletion after no more than 400 days. Server security logs and form rate-limit records may be retained separately for operational protection.

- Measure aggregate website use and diagnose failures
- Manage subscriptions, entitlements, and legally required records
Service providers and transfers
Levnis may rely on hosting, email delivery, Cloudflare Turnstile for form abuse protection, Apple services for platform features and purchases, and iCloud when you enable supported synchronization. These providers process information under their own terms and applicable safeguards.
Levnis does not sell early-access form data or use it to create an advertising profile.
Your choices and contact
You can enable Do Not Track, avoid the optional survey, request access or correction, or ask for deletion where applicable. Account deletion has a separate step-by-step page.
